We love funky, fresh and flashy vintage style. Nothing beats a good throwback.  Whether it's an old-school jam on vinyl or a tattered wool blazer, vintage is in our blood.  So when we got word of  Pro-Keds' latest revival, the Bobbito Royal Flash mid, we had to find something to pair 'em with!  Based on the late-70s Royal Flash (with a little re-invention by NYC's DJ Bobbito), the new mids come in supple suede and a host of colors  (because you know you've got  multiple complementing looks in that closet). Only bad news is that these bad boys are in limited release, so get 'em while you can!  Damn, our parents' kicks never looked so good!

Jay-Z's 'all black everything' may be the dopest phrase on the block to describe Fall style, but Parisians have embraced the all-black look for years.  It's only this season that black's been getting a little texture.  Quilted looks (especially in leather) are hittin' the streets everywhere from skirts to jackets, vests to gloves. And we'd like to think its popularity is two-fold - the quilting keeps you extra warm while keeping you extra, well, cool. We're big fans of the quilted vest when paired with looks like Camille's above. We love women in boots. And while booties are cute enough, we wanna see long boots, the one's that ride all the way up the thigh screaming 'step-back-before-you-get-hurt'!  Thigh-high boots are back HARD for Fall, and have been seen everywhere from the runway to the rue (that's street, en francais).  Our favorite girl, Rihanna, has even been seen rockin' some daring mile-high boots (studded here and fishnet here) that have made our mouths drop and blood pressure rise! When the seasons switch up, guys get kinds crazy about what to wear.  Are shorts still cool? Is a turtleneck too much too soon?  Well thanks to the style god, Junya Watanabe, men can straddle Summer and Fall (lucky lucky...) while sportin' Comme des Garcons' latest line of vests.  The vests come in herringbone and gingham, and have soft leather accents along the pockets to keep dudes lookin' chic and in-season. We, like you, are big fans of the 'new-new'. We wait endlessly under the style tree for the latest morsels of goodness to rain down upon us!  So, we decided to share some of that stylish fruit with you via our new feature, 'Swagger: New Addi+tion'.
