We all know NYC and Paris are the style capitals of the world. NYC’s got the FLAVOR (think colors + attitude) and Paris has the FUNCTION (think tailoring), but when both come together, the looks are fresh to death! Our example…Celia at the Metro Reamur Sebastopol in Paris!
